Real Estate Paralegal

The Real Estate Paralegal will assist with matters relating to the company's acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of real property interests, including due diligence reviews, title work, and real estate closings.

Requirements

• Conducts detailed due diligence reviews of title work and surveys
• Processes executed contracts and handles recordings of contract memoranda, easements, and other recordable documents
• Provides real estate due diligence support for project finance and M&A transactions
