Job Description
East Side House (ESH) is a community resource in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. ESH’s Adult & Workforce Programs aligns with our mission by providing high quality programs and services within community centers and school partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least three years of experience business development, sales, human resources, job development, recruitment, or marketing.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership skills with a focus on execution and results, with ability to mentor staff to achieve higher levels of performance
- Experience with recruitment, retention, attendance, and placement
- Experience working with community served by East Side House Settlement.
- Strong computer skills and technological experience including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, etc.) Google Suite (Google Classroom, Docs, and Sheets) and similar programs
