Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Group Facilitator to coordinate behavioral health services and provide direct care and supervision to clients in a group setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical knowledge of development across the life span and experience working with diverse populations with trauma backgrounds.
Requirements
- High School/GED with 1 year of behavioral health or related work/volunteer experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3) years
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- CPR and First Aid certification
