Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Group Facilitator to coordinate behavioral health services, communicate with providers and community agencies, and facilitate structured children's and parenting group services.
Requirements
- High School/GED with 1 year of behavioral health or related work/volunteer experience required
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license with no more than two minor moving violations or one accident within the past three years
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Satisfactorily completed Competency Checklist within 6 months of hire
