Easterseals Blake Foundation is a leading provider of comprehensive behavioral health services, child welfare, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Medical Case Aide will provide coordination of behavioral health services for adult and child members.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• AZ driver's license
• 3 years of driving experience
• Pass a criminal background check
• CPR and First Aid certification
• AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
