Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Therapist to conduct therapeutic sessions with children and adults, utilizing best practices and evidence-based interventions. The successful candidate will assess member's behavioral health needs, develop treatment goals, and maintain clinical records in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health
- Two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BHP) required
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3) years
