Job Description
Easterseals Academy is seeking a Behavior Analyst to develop and maintain student behavior treatment programs. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing consultative support to teachers and implementers. The position requires a commitment to promoting independence and achievement for children with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disabilities, developmental delays, or intellectual disabilities.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Eligible
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of Illinois State Board of Education guidelines for behavioral intervention
- Knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM)
