Requirements
- Develop a portfolio of customers, prospects and Centers of Influence (COIs) through networking and other business development efforts.
- Sell of bank products to new and existing customers.
- Partner with assigned branches for cross sale opportunities and customer relationship management
- Manage relationships externally with key Community Partners to leverage programs, tools and resources that can assist BB customers grow and make their business more profitable.
- Source, evaluate and recommend new BB banking opportunities for loan and deposit relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of BB clients to help minimize risk for the bank, cross sell to the book of business and create a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate calling and relationships management activities with multiple internal business partners including commercial, investments, treasury, retail, and insurance.
- Conduct preliminary underwriting and structure of credit requests.
- Maintain internal Bank contact management system including full history.
