Job Description
The Relationship Manager III - Tax Credit is responsible for business generation, portfolio management, and underwriting procedures, including complex structures and risk acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of underwriting procedures, a deep understanding of risk acceptance criteria, and the ability to recommend complex structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Proven underwriting abilities, including 10 + years experience as a Commercial Lender
- Formal Bank credit training preferred
- Experience in structuring tax credit investments and equity portfolio management preferred
