Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist supports daily operational functions across the Wealth Management platform, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of client account and transactional activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite productivity applications (e.g., Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication skill
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting strict deadlines, and working well in a team environment
