Service Associate I - 37.5 Hours (Market Street)

As a Service Associate I, you will perform the duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, handling sales, transactions, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work independently, multi-tasking and using discretion to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
• Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank
