Service Associate I

Service Associates are skilled in the duties of both a Customer Service Representative (sales on the platform) and a Teller (transactions at the teller line) in a hybrid role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise)
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Technical literacy
• Basic business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
