Instrumentation Technician

Eastern Controls, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to perform in-house repairs and travel to customer sites in New Jersey and the NYC metro area for troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation lines based on manufacturer's specifications. The role involves approximately 15% overnight travel and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-5 years of related experience, and the ability to obtain certifications and TWIC and PSM credentials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in technical field preferred.
• 1-5 years in related field or environment.
• Experience as an electromechanical field tech doing calibration and repairs preferred.
• Ability to obtain certifications in all required ECI and Principal programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC and PSM credentials.
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and tanks to access equipment in high locations.
