Residence Hall Director

Eastern Connecticut State University is seeking a Residence Hall Director to provide a supportive living and learning environment for students. The position involves working cooperatively with student staff members and requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant Residential Life or Student Affairs experience
• Ability to relate effectively to resident college students and staff
• Master’s degree preferred
