We are seeking an eHealth Change and Training Analyst to manage change initiatives and develop training programs related to electronic medical record. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to support the successful adoption of solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in change management, training and/or business analysis in a healthcare setting
- Sound understanding of, and experience with, change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a clinical transformational project
- Experience in development and delivery of communication plans including marketing, branding and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in developing training plans and delivering training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Current driver's licence
