We are seeking a Senior Clinical Educator with a strong focus on continuous improvement, education evaluation and capability building to join the Eastern Health Institute. The role involves leading continuous improvement in education and capability initiatives, designing and embedding robust education evaluation frameworks, and supporting evidence-based decision making and measurable improvement in workforce capability and clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Registration-eligible qualification in Nursing, Midwifery or Allied Health
- Postgraduate qualification in education, health, project management or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Extensive experience in practice development and clinical education
- Significant experience in continuous quality improvement in a health context
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and change management
- Strong capability in evaluation, data analysis and translating evidence into practice
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
