Eastern Health is seeking a motivated and recovery-oriented Lived and Living Experience Educator to join the Mental Health Learning & Teaching team. The successful candidate will draw upon their well-developed lived experience expertise to co-produce and co-facilitate training to the mental health and wellbeing workforce.
Requirements
- Lived experience as a person who has been a consumer or family/carer navigating mental health services
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or extensive education and training experience
- Experience with Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM) training (or willingness to complete)
- Intentional Peer Support (IPS) Training or willingness to complete
- Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, or equivalent experience in a designated lived and living experience role
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational skills
