Job Description
Eastern Health is seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 Social Workers to join our Allied Health teams across a range of acute and subacute physical health settings. You'll provide high-quality, evidence-based Social Work care to diverse patient groups while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the AASW
- Previous Social Work experience (at least 3 years)
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
