Specialist Clinics Clerk

The Specialist Clinics Clerk is a permanent part-time role at Eastern Health's Box Hill location, responsible for registering referrals, handling phone enquiries, and performing administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work as part of a diverse team, and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Requirements

• Year 10 level English written and spoken
• Knowledge of patient management systems (iPM, CPF, EMR)
• Computer competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Advanced telephone skills and clerical skills
• Ability to provide quality customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
