We are seeking a Casual Patient Services Clerk to provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management in our St Vincent's Fitzroy campus. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience in a health setting, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in a health setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of private health fund billing and public health funding
- Knowledge of Patient Administration Systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal history check, or willing to obtain
