Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship trained in Infectious Disease
- Eligible for rank at Assistant or Associate level
- Eligible for clinical practice license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Must hold an MD, DO, or MBBS through the VA State Licensing Board
