Job Description
Provide therapy and evaluation services in accordance with best practices. This role focuses on developing essential skills and promoting independence for individuals with disabilities across various environments, such as education, ot, st, and pt. The therapist will administer tests, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Review social history, psychological, medical, and previous therapy reports.
- Meet with clients to establish needs.
- Administer tests and evaluate functional level.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions.
- Train and disseminate information to team members.
- Complete paperwork and documentation.
- Ensure efficiency of direct therapy services.
- Supervision of practicum students.
