Job Description
Assist in the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment plans of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Work 1:1 with assigned individual implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals within the assigned environment
- Collect ongoing treatment data on behavior and skill specific goals
- Completion of daily treatment notes for each ABA session conducted per individual
- Participate in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as assigned
- Attend all additional scheduled staff meetings and conferences as assigned by the Director of ABA
- Maintain RBT status ongoing by completing RBT renewal competency and a BACB application each year with a supervising BCBA
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to Easterseals Arkansas
