Job Description
Easterseals Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to individuals in an ICF/IID residential setting. This role involves assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, and collaboration with other professionals to achieve desired outcomes. Nurses will provide care in both long-term care and community-based settings, adhering to policies and procedures, and documenting patient information.
Requirements
- Associate degree (AND) or Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited nursing education program and current RN License.
- Competencies in interpersonal and leadership skills, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively and self-directedly.
