Job Description
This position involves assisting the Teacher in the development and implementation of an interactive/adaptive curriculum. Responsibilities include individualizing goals, monitoring progress, engaging adults, and ensuring their safety and personal care. Requirements
- Assist the Teacher with curriculum development and implementation.
- Monitor progress of adults.
- Maintain a safe and organized training area.
- Comply with Easterseals Arkansas rules and regulations.
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Ability to lift and transfer adults.
- Physical Demands (standing, walking, lifting up to 100 lbs).
