Job Description
Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Center-based Licensed Behavior Specialist to expand Positive Behavior Supports within their school programs. The role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), providing staff training, and collaborating with IEP teams and school administrators. This position supports Enhanced Private School programs in Kulpsville, PA, and provides leadership in behavior management strategies.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or previous supervision.
- PA Behavior Specialist license
- Experience with PBIS preferred
- Prior experience with school-based or early childhood settings preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Prior crisis prevention/intervention training preferred
