Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide care in the home of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and help them complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Provide care in the home of individuals with IDD
- Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
- Transport clients to appointments and run errands
- Help plan and organize client schedules
- Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system of record
