Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of individuals living with severe mental health and substance use needs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Provisional or full NC licensure (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A)
- Experience in community-based work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clinical judgment
- Documentation abilities
