Requirements
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve greater independence, enhance their communication and social skills, and improve their overall quality of life.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians in ABA concepts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other service providers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to implement ABA techniques in the home, extending the impact of our services.
