Job Description
Join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as a Clinical Manager. You'll lead and empower our care teams, creating a positive and supportive environment for both our clients and our staff.
Requirements
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Administer assessments and design data collection procedures
- Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate and communicate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
- Manage client documentation and submit progress reports
