Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable Direct Support Worker to work with adults with disabilities, helping them develop their skills and grow in a safe and positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be able to promote the individual growth of program participants and provide personal care and daily living activities as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with adults with disabilities
- Knowledge of computer software and standard office equipment
- Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and drive occasionally
