Direct Support Worker

We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable Direct Support Worker to work with adults with disabilities, helping them develop their skills and grow. The ideal candidate will be able to promote individual growth in a safe and positive learning environment, with a focus on increasing options, opportunities, and community integration.

Requirements

• Support participants to achieve independence
• Provide input on and implement participant Individual Plans
• Follow organizational guidelines to promote participant health and safety
• Monitor and report issues of concern
• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities
• Accurately complete data and documentation
• Attend department meetings and trainings
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment
• Respond to emergencies
• Report safety concerns
