Direct Support Worker

The Direct Support Worker is responsible for promoting the individual growth of program participants with disabilities in a safe and positive learning environment. The role involves providing personal care, supporting daily living activities, and adhering to organizational guidelines to promote health and safety.

Requirements

• High School diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ)
• Reliable transportation needed
• Valid Driver's License with Insurance, proof of current vehicle registration and safety check
• Pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing
