Eastspring is a global asset manager with Asia at its core. The Head of ETF is the senior investment and platform leader accountable for the firm’s end‐to‐end ETF business, spanning investment outcomes, liquidity, governance, regulatory engagement, and strategic growth of the ETF franchise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in ETF, passive investing, or index portfolio management, with senior leadership responsibility
• Proven track record leading large‐scale ETF platforms across multiple strategies and market environments
