Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our Loans, Wealth & Markets team in Davao City. In this role, you will be the face of the EastWest Priority Center, assisting Priority clients with their day-to-day banking needs, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in retail banking with knowledge of account opening and over-the-counter transactions
- Familiar with key banking products such as CASA, Time Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income (government and corporate bonds), Mutual Funds/UITFs, Bancassurance (Traditional and VUL), Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Mortgage products
