Data Governance Head

Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Data Governance Head. In this role, you will define, implement, and sustain the Banks enterprise-wide data and model governance frameworks by leading the creation of policies, guidelines, and procedures that ensure consistent governance across all data ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in either Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, Law, or related fields; Masters degree preferred.
• Professional credentials in Data Governance, Risk Management, or related domains (e.g., CDMP, CRISC, CIPP) are advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years in governance, risk, compliance, or data management, including at least 5 years in enterprise leadership roles; proven track record in regulatory liaison and policy formulation required.
• Expert knowledge of data and model governance frameworks; familiarity with BSP, AMLA, and Data Privacy regulations; proficiency in governance dashboards, metadata tools, and compliance automation; experience in budgeting, portfolio management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Expert-level communication, collaboration, critical thinking, responsibility, and results focus; advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and ability to sustain high-performing teams and build a strong governance culture.
