Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related field
• At least 10 years of experience in operations in a financial institution or payments organization
• Knowledgeable about banking products and services, back office processing and support functions, and various accounting and financial concepts ideally gained in digital banking
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong problem-solver, and able to use sound judgement and make decisions with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and with a team, as well as handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities depending on business demands and requests
