Store/Branch Manager role in Baclaran, Manila, Philippines. Lead branch growth, build customer relationships, and manage sales team. Bachelor's degree in business course required, 2+ years of banking experience, strong leadership skills, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business course
- Can Speak Fookien
- Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
