Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of general office experience
- Some knowledge of clinical processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to develop and manage qualify databases
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Familiar with medical terminology, medication names, and maintains basic knowledge of clinical care processes
