Health Information Clerk will maintain, make available, and secure client health information records within department guidelines, workflow, HIPAA law and regulation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Degree or Certificate in related field preferred
- Experience working with an electronic medical record and document management system preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical records or health information department, to include tasks such as purging, filing, and responding to records requests preferred
- Valid Washington State Drivers License including vehicle and appropriate insurance, if applicable
