Retuurn Solutions is a personal injury law firm seeking a Legal Receptionist to work as the gatekeepers for the office, handling various tasks to ensure office success.
Requirements
- Organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity
- Prior law firm experience in a similar role preferred
- Superior customer service skills
