Job Description
The Office Assistant (Typing) is responsible for providing reception services, answering calls, maintaining staff location and availability, and providing information to the public. They will also be responsible for selling collision reports, preparing public records, and maintaining notice of corrections and proofs of service.
Requirements
- Must work in office located in Woodland Hills, San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County
- Must type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications
- Must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming ability to meet minimum typing speed
- Must clear a Background Investigation prior to being hired
