We are looking for a confident senior designer to join our Marketing Intelligence & Technology (MIT) team, supporting a global portfolio of events and products across 5 regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, be able to demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused and creative approach, and bring strong, innovative ideas to improve design standards and processes.
Requirements
- A degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3–4 years’ experience working in a design team or as a freelancer with comparable responsibility, including managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of design software, such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; experience of After Effects and WordPress/Elementor would be an advantage, but not essential
- Demonstrable experience of working across a range of formats (magazines/journals, print collateral, digital assets, signage and templates) in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional creativity and innovation, balanced with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to manage your own deadlines as well as contribute to planning and prioritising work for the wider design team
- Strong stakeholder management skills: confident in presenting work, handling feedback and building collaborative relationships with event and marketing teams
- Professional time-management and proactive communication skills, and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- A keen interest in the latest design trends, tools and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others
