As a CRM Specialist, you will shape the player experience at Easygo, crafting and delivering campaigns that engage, retain, and excite players across their journey. You will work with a dynamic team to drive innovation and growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
- Strong retention marketing knowledge
- Passionate team player, able to collaborate across departments
- Eye for detail, enhancing customer experience through clear, impactful communication.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills and awareness of broader project impacts
- Able to manage complexity and progress multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Proficient in Excel and other spreadsheet tools
- Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools
