Job Description
We are seeking a Business Change Manager to drive transformation and adoption across our organisation. The successful candidate will have experience leading complex transformation, a deep understanding of change strategies, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The role is part of our transformation agenda to reshape how we operate and create value for our customers, colleagues, and business.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex transformation across large organisations
- Certified in change management (Prosci/APMG or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of transformation disciplines across people, process, digital, technology, culture and operating models
- Ability to distil complex problems, synthesise information quickly, and generate clear, actionable recommendations
- Skilled facilitator who can align diverse stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link change adoption to measurable benefits and business outcomes
- Confident advising senior leaders and influencing decision-making in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
