Enterprise Architect – Customer Domain

The role of Enterprise Architect – Customer Domain involves leading the technology strategy for end to end solutions in the Customer domain, working with technical leads covering each product under development, and the Head of Architecture driving the long-term architectural direction.

Requirements

• Pragmatic architecture governance process in design governance
• Experience of leading major initiative discovery and experimentation
• Designing high quality software solutions in-line with business needs and timescales
• Ability to confidently present solution architecture and strategy to both IT and business audiences
• Experience of designing/implementing solutions, including: CRM solutions, Customer Service Solutions, Sales Management Platforms, Contact Center Platforms, CDP platforms, Integration Service architectures and patterns, AWS solution architecture services
• Experience of building internal and external 3rd party integration architectures
• Experience of Event Driven Architecture & API Design
• Practical experience of delivering iterative architecture solutions in an agile project delivery model
• Understanding of the design approach to achieving functional and non-functional requirements
