Establishment Planning Manager

We are seeking an Establishment Planning Manager to lead a team of Senior Establishment Officers and Establishment Officers in our Luton head office. The successful candidate will ensure we have the right number of crew to operate our commercial flying plan and drive continuous improvement across the Operations Strategy & Planning department.

Requirements

• 4+ years operational experience in crew planning, resource planning, crewing or a similar industry role
• Leadership experience in a team environment
• Strong business planning skills and ability to balance operational, strategic, and commercial needs
