Finance Manager - Engineering and Maintenance Supply Chain

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and oversight of easyJet's Supply Chain programme, ensuring robust financial governance and cost-effective decision-making across all workstreams.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with at least 3 years post-qualified experience
• Proven ability to thrive and succeed in large, complex, fast-moving organisations with multiple competing priorities
• Excellent analytical skills with an outstanding grasp of variance analysis and key business drivers
• Demonstrated experience leading financial modelling for major commercial decisions, including NPV/IRR, scenario analysis, and cost-benefit frameworks
• Able to communicate and challenge effectively with senior stakeholders up to ExCo level
• Proven track record of translating complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insight for non-financial audiences
• Experience managing or mentoring junior finance professionals
• Excellent Excel skills (including financial modelling); experience with SQL, Python, or TM1 advantageous
