Lead Manager - Supplier Management and Third Party Risk Management

We are seeking a Lead Manager to shape and embed Supplier Management and Third Party Risk Management frameworks across easyJet, providing visibility and assurance to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and embedding Supplier Management and/or Third Party Risk Management frameworks in a large organisation
• Strong experience applying risk-based, proportionate due diligence and ongoing supplier risk monitoring
• Experience translating policy and governance into practical, day to day ways of working
• Experience working with procurement or risk systems to support supplier lifecycle, governance or risk processes
• Experience providing governance, reporting and assurance to senior leadership or committees
• Strong experience working cross functionally with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance and Compliance
• Pragmatic, proportionate and commercially minded approach to risk and governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating at senior and committee level
