We are looking for a Head of HR Admin & Payroll to lead the HR administration & payroll team and ensure the correct, timely, and compliant execution of monthly salary and wage payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the HR administration & payroll department and will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the growth and expansion of the EAT HAPPY GROUP.
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics or social sciences or a comparable education with a focus on personnel and payroll
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration and in-house payroll accounting
- Several years of experience in leading comparable teams, ideally in a dynamic or growing corporate environment
- Excellent, practical knowledge of current labor, tax, and social security law, as well as experience with MS Office applications and P&I Loga
- Leadership and motivation of a team, definition of HR projects and participation in departmental strategic goals
- Budget planning, control, and monitoring for the HR administration & payroll department (personnel and equipment costs)
- Individual assessment, advice, and implementation of labor law issues for all German companies
- Continuous optimization, standardization, and development of processes
- High service level: We understand ourselves as partners and advisors for payroll, administration, time management, and labor law issues within the EAT HAPPY GROUP
- Participation in and development of HR projects, development of strategic departmental goals
- Development and implementation of personnel concepts and implementation of HR projects
